Request your favorite song to get your peers dancing and singing. Request a song that has gotten you through your mental health or substance use recovery. Feel free to lip-sync and perform. It’s a supportive, fun and exhilarating experience for all!

Aurora Mental Health Center Community Connections and the Career Development Center is for adults 18 and up recovering from a mental health diagnosis or substance use. Members are supported and encouraged to actively engage in their recovery and wellness; where we all strive to live life to the fullest; and where we all brave this journey called life together. We offer a robust schedule of classes, activities, and special events, all of which are rooted in SAMSHA’s 8 Dimensions of Wellness.
